Environment Professionals’ Training and Research Institute (EPTRI) has been established by a group of environment professionals in 2011 with an aim to produce excellent human resources capable of competing in the global marketplace. This institute works in collaboration with Government, Universities, I/NGOs and national/international institutes to ensure trainings available through consulting, designing and developing the quality courses to be offered through a wide variety of delivery mechanism. It identifies the strategic education and training needs and, reflects priorities and addresses important gaps in knowledge and skills of those engaged in the diverse field. This is the first and only one training institute in Nepal, taking environmental consideration seriously and initiating training programs to enhance capacity building and fulfilling the gaps of technical skills in professional career.

Goal

To develop capable and competitive professionals to deal with cross-cutting issues related to environment and sustainable development in Nepal

Objectives

• To enrich students, fresh graduates and professionals (Beginners, Mid-career and Experts) with various professional skills required for their career development.
• To empower and strengthen research/technical skills to standardize scientific researches.
• To promote research opportunities, resources and culture of continuous learning among professionals engaged in local and national government.
